By accessing or using Human Patterns, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. Purpose of Human Patterns
Human Patterns is a public online space for exploring recurring situations, reactions, relationships, life experiences, personal perspectives and related topics.
Visitors may read public content without creating an account. Registration is required to publish posts, replies or otherwise participate as a member.
2. Informational and Community Nature
Human Patterns provides access to discussions, personal experiences, educational material and community-generated content.
The content available through Human Patterns is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, emergency assistance or other professional healthcare services.
Content shared by members represents their own experiences and opinions and should not be treated as professional medical advice or as evidence that a particular approach will produce a specific health outcome.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not impersonate another person or create an account intended to mislead other members about your identity or affiliation.

4. Display Name, Username and Anonymous Posting
Members may be able to publish using their display name, their @username or the Anonymous posting option.
Anonymous posting does not mean absolute anonymity. When the Anonymous option is used, the member's public identity is hidden from other visitors and members, but authorized administrators may identify the account associated with the publication when necessary for moderation, security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.
Members must not use the Anonymous option to harass others, evade moderation, publish unlawful material or violate these Terms.
5. User Content
You remain responsible for the content you submit to Human Patterns.
By publishing content, you grant Sanomed international LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate and present Human Patterns.
This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use Human Patterns to:
- publish unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or intentionally deceptive content;
- harass, intimidate or target another person;
- publish another person's private or personal information without appropriate permission;
- impersonate another person, organization or professional;
- publish spam, automated promotional material or repetitive unsolicited advertising;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- distribute malware or other harmful code;
- present personal health experiences as guaranteed treatment, cure or proven medical outcome;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
7. Moderation
Human Patterns is moderated. We may review, edit, restrict, hide or remove content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law or the legitimate interests and safety of the community.
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, repeated violations, spam, security risks or unlawful activity.
Moderation decisions may take context into account and do not create an obligation to monitor every publication before it appears.
8. Community-Generated Content
We do not verify or endorse every statement made by members. Community posts may contain personal interpretations, incomplete information or opinions with which other members or Sanomed international LTD disagree.
You should use your own judgment when relying on information shared by other users.
9. Links and Third-Party Services
Human Patterns may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party services.
Human Patterns may also link to other services or publications operated by or associated with Sanomed international LTD or EUWC Solutions. Separate terms may apply to paid products or services.
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of Human Patterns when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or development of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sanomed international LTD is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on user-generated opinions, personal experiences or third-party content published through Human Patterns.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements or our practices change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without limiting any mandatory rights that users may have under applicable law.
